Yannis Stergis’ business webinars have commenced – Next topic: The diagnosis and management of the loss-making executive in the small and medium enterprise.

The webinar series of Yannis Stergis, scientific trainer for the future of work and entrepreneurship and president of Hyphen SA, started yesterday with high numbers of participation. The first webinar, entitled “Skills for the future of entrepreneurship”, was attended by 25 entrepreneurs. The issues discussed were as follows:

  • Is entrepreneurship ready for the future of work?
  • Can the entrepreneur comprehend and identify which of his own and his executives’ skills are required for the future of the small and medium enterprise?
  • What are the most common issues in today’s small and medium enterprises because of ignorance and lack of skills?
  • What are the criteria by which the entrepreneur can successfully staff his business?

The series of webinars on entrepreneurship will continue, and the next one will be focusing on diagnosing and managing the loss-making executive in the small and medium enterprise.
